Representing both creditors and debtors in insolvency, strategic restructuring and turnarounds, as well as the management of a business prior to liquidation. We work closely with our clients in order to determine the best strategy forward. The ultimate goal is always to minimise hardship and maximise recovery. When necessary and wherever possible, we will resolve insolvency issues and manage the debtor out of the financial crisis in order to prevent liquidation. On the creditor side, we understand the operations of a financial institution’s corporate recoveries division.
